 Dear Colleagues!                     Kedves Kollégák!

 

INVITING APPLICATION   The Hungarian Elementary School of Diadal Street and local Hungarian partner school, Elementary Art School Bartók Béla advertise an international graphic application again for children between 7 - 18 years old. We would like to appreciate the dispatched creations in two characteristic categories (from 7 to 12 and from 13 to 18 years old)         THEME OF APPLICATION: "OUR LOCAL VALUES" We would like to get those ordinary child-creations which presents their most important landscape, district of town, community or activities for the young ones, namely their local values. We shall make an exhibition out of these creations in a representative, well-attended place of issue. We will open the exhibition in November 2007. We have a practice yet in the organization of such a dedicated call and exhibition since in 2005 we worked together with foreign partners in a project of fine arts with major success. Allow us to write few sentences about this ! We have got creations from Slovakia, from Greece, from Poland, from Italy, from Germany, from Ireland, from Croatia and from Austria. We have got 64 foreign creations from these countries in that year. The visitors of our exhibition can see 106 creations after the gambit of the exhibition on 14 January of 2005. It was arranged in a well-attended store in Budapest, called Árkád Store. On the first gambit of the this exhibition our foreign guests were the Slovak and Hungarian students from Sahy near the Hungarian border. After the event we posted CDs to partners about the pictures, diplomas and some other important information about this exhibition and about the participant. This exhibition later travelled around the partners to Slovakia (Sahy), to Greece (Herakleion), to England (London) and to Italy (Lanciano) in 2005. Formal prescriptions of our international graphic application for all characteristic categories: - We need 3 or 4 creations on paper which are made by any technique, and please send them without paper frame. - Measure of creation: 30 X 42 cm (A\3 paper) - Please write on the left-hand page of creation the name, age and country of candidate children, - The name and the address, the fax and telephone number as well as the e-mail address of school. -Finally the name and e-mail addres of child's teacher who helped in preparation. Deadline of dispatch: 26 October 2007 Each creation will be exhibited and evaluated by the teachers of Elementary Art School Bartók Béla and invited graphic artists. Each artificer of exhibited and prized creation will become aware of successful result. According to pretension the partners can get creations of the exhibition to make them presentable in their school or in other exhibition area. We would like to know: Do you support our plan? Please send me answer if you support it, and will send painting or drawings. We shall send you message about the result of our initiation. PÁLYÁZATI KIÍRÁS A magyarországi Diadala Úti Általános Iskola és helyi partneriskolája, a Bartók Béla Zeneiskola és Művészeti Általános Iskola ismét nemzetközi rajzpályázatot hirdet 7 – 18 év közötti fiataloknak. A beérkezett alkotásokat két életkori kategóriában szeretnénk értékelni. (7 -től 12-ig és 13-tól 18-ig) A PÁLYÁZAT TÉMÁJA: „HELYI ÉRTÉKEINK” Olyan hétköznapi gyermekalkotásokat szeretnénk kapni, melyek a fiatalok számára legfontosabb tájat, városrészt, közösséget vagy tevékenységeket, azaz helyi értékeiket mutatják be. A rajzokból kiállítást rendeznénk egy reprezentatív, látogatott kiállító helyiségben. A kiállítást 2007 novemberében nyitjuk meg. Van már gyakorlatunk ilyen típusú meghívásos pályázatok és kiállítások szervezésében, hiszen 2005- ben külföldi partnerekkel dolgoztunk már együtt nagy sikerrel egy képzőművészeti projektben. Engedjen meg néhány mondatot erről! Szlovákiából, Görögországból, Lengyelországból, Írországból, Horvátországból és Ausztriából. 64 alkotást kaptunk abban az évben. Kiállításunk érdeklődői 2005 január 14-én a az igen látogatott budapesti Árkád Üzletházban megrendezett megnyitó után 106 alkotást nézhettek meg. Az első megnyitón a magyar határhoz közel fekvő Ipolyságból érkező szlovák és magyar diákok voltak a vendégeink. Az esemény után CD-n küldtük el a kiállítás képeit, a kiosztott okleveleket és egyéb fontos információkat a kiállításról és a résztvevőkről. A kiállítás később körbeutazott a résztvevő országok között: Szlovákiában Sahiban, Görögországban Herakleionban, Angliában Londonban és Olaszországban Lancianóban járt 2005- ben. Pályázati előírásaink valamennyi korosztály számára: Bármilyen technikával készült 3 – 4 darab alkotást várunk iskolátoktól, melyeket keretezés nélkül küldjetek be. - A rajzok mérete A\3 –as legyenek (30 X 42 cm)! - Az alkotás hátoldalán tűntessétek fel az alábbiakat: - A tanuló neve, kora, nemzetisége - Az iskola neve és címe - Az iskola telefon- faxszáma, e-mail címe - A felkészítő tanár nevét - A pályázatot kiíró iskola postacíme és egyéb utolérhetősége a lap fejlécében olvasható. Beküldési határidő: 2007 október 26. Minden beküldött alkotást kiállítunk és a Bartók Béla Zeneiskola és Művészeti Általános Iskola tanárai, felkért művészei fogják zsűrizni. Minden kiállított és díjazott alkotó értesítést kap a sikeres részvételről. Igény szerint a partnerek megkaphatják a kiállítás anyagát iskolai vagy egyéb kiállító helyi bemutatásra. Szeretnénk tudni, hogy támogatja-e a tervünket. Kérjük válaszoljon levelünkre, írja meg, hogy küld-e képeket pályázatunkra. Türelmetlenül várjuk válaszát!
